What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the typed letters to appear in the screen but it is not happended. But typing the Esc+i two times cause this to appear in the screen "Display all 4355 possibilities? (y or n)". But pressing "y" or "n" is also not working

I can confirm this issue. They softkeyboard does not send any key presses to
the terminal. And you can not switch the softkeyboard into symbol mode or open
keyboard settings. All keys simply don't do anything.

Just found out: If you switch from Samsung Keyboard to Swype Keyboard, keys
work as expected in connectbot. I don't like the swype keyboard, but this is an
acceptable workaround for now.

Yes Original Samsung soft keyboard is not working with connectbot. But
'Hacker's Keyboard' and 'Swype' works fine . I use Hackers keyboard
because it has many features .
