how to dump prefixes.csv with rpkic?

if i use the gui to dump prefixes to a file, i get a csv with two columns, handle,prefix which i can then load.

otoh, while rpkic seems to have load_prefixes it does not seem to have dump_prefixes to a file.

my guess is the problem is lack of coffee.

rpkic has no such command, mostly because nobody's ever asked for it.
