As user, I want to be able to remove OpenJDK package easily

In the meantime, try:

rm -rf /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/openjdk-1.7-x86_64/

or 

rm -rf ~/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/openjdk-1.7-x86_64/

I don't think this has high priority. Just move the JDK bundle to the trash.
