[Bug Report] Opening emudeck when offline causes it to think it's a new install

What happened?

Whenever I open emudeck when my steam deck is offline, it boots up the 'new install' dialogue (asking me whether I want to set up my device 'easy mode' or 'custom mode'). This is remedied by briefly going online when booting up emudeck, however as someone who is often offline (wifi issues) it can be pretty irritating.
