7 years ago Polymer has become a cumbersome framework, too many external tools and setup in order to generate a couple of js files. Since the framework is heading in a rather obscure direction and the appetite of JS programmers for Polymer is approaching absolute 0K (i.e. no motion or emotion at all) i suggest to skip Polymer for this iteration. Keep Webix or go for DHTMLX, Bootstrap or any other framework that is simple and straight forward. I rest my case :hammer:
Polymer may be a candidate for the UI redesign. See licensing mode and possible problems. Angular, used for fauxton, generated a lot of issues.
