should we archive and direct people to ensime? #84

I meant to ask in person but totally forgot... now that all your protocol implementation has been migrated to ensime-server 3.0 and there is interest to get it working would it make sense to archive this project and/or send people there instead?

I suspect we may end up with the "scala bus" as proposed by @rorygraves which will move the LSP into a separate microservice that can also handle the build tool protocol.

It would also be great if all the vscode / atom plugin authors could agree with each other which ones should be on the marketplace but I have no idea what is there.
