bintray.com is sunset. Need alternative. #24

Can the update site be re-posted somewhere else?

Nginix server is now returning 502 "Bad Gateway". Any alternative to this?

Are people still interested in this plugin? I did a new release of sbt-eclipse (https://github.com/sbt/sbt-eclipse/)

@dragos If you give me admin rights to that repo I might figure out how/where we can host that plugin in the future.
