Use nvm to Keep Contributor node versions in sync #17

What?

Just adding an .nvmrc and updating README instructions to use nvm to manage node versions and codify the intended version for this project.

Why?

Helps to mitigate weird issues down the line if we can sync up our contributors' dependencies by codifying them.
