Feature Request: Add the myidentity.vcd UUID of the creator and the last editor to the document

Low priority: Keep identies of creator, editor (and maybe las user printing a document) (alternatively create a table "audit data" which will register time stamps (not only but also in preparation of a fully suported multi-user mode not using a database for documents).
