Fix the include path for the last Akonadi release #202

Many thanks for this PR and your interest in Kraft!

Yet, I think the fix I found in #203 is a better one because it leaves the #include statements more generic. Do you agree?

It is indeed simpler and I have verified it compiles on openSUSE Tumbleweed.
