Use Relatorio to create LibreOffice Docs #82

Relatorio is a templating library which provides a way to easily output several kinds of files. For Kraft, mainly the output of LibreOffice documents would be cool.

With that, Kraft users could create a template in LibreOffice and use that to generate documents.

One way to implement: Kraft does a proper XML output and a small python script reads the XML and loads it into Relatorio.

I am considering moving to Kraft as my current solution (Revolver Office) is getting less and less useful due to the programmers having lost their direction and nothing useful having been added since 2010 and serious bugs not having been fixed in years... But generating all the print templates again is a nightmare. Relatorio could simplify things considerably because it will turn LibreOffice/OpenOffice into a template editor with usable GUI.
