Jquery minus minus #40

Removed jQuery dependency and moved to modern vanilla APIs and features. Should fix #27

@PavelVanecek Great job on this PR. Thank you. Unfortunately, I have no time to maintain it for multiple reasons and the first one is: I don't use bitbucket for my current job. I can merge what you did but if you are agree you can become the main maintainer of this project? Or at least the one who commit for FF version ?

@dragouf sure, I am using bitbucket actively and I can maintain. Can you still publish to stores or can you pass that too?

I can let you maintains stores version. No problem. I don’t know if there is an option to transfer it to another maintainer but in case you can create your own version of the package and I can specify on mine that it’s an old version.
