Makes a 2nd attempt to load the required files for formatting the PR table on older versions of bitbucket.

I confirm, it's working this way on Atlassian Bitbucket v5.8.2 @cnnranderson can you increase version number too?

Mind merging? I don't have write access for the repo. Also, how long does it take for the update to get released to the chrome store? Is it all automated on the master branch?

I can't either. And I think build, publish, is manual. @dragouf do you have time?
