Pull requests page is broken #60

With Bitbucket v5.13.0 the pull requests page quickly flash w/ the original content without the extension and then it become empty.

Currently using version 2.2.15

@datpham23 does it throw some error to console?

It is a duplicate of #57, #53

error reproduced and found on Bitbucket v5.16.0 Bitbucket Server Extension 2.2.15
