[FR] Auto export CSV #219

I like to gather the battery info log to see how its behavior changes over 
time. Unfortunately BatteryBot Battery Indicator allows to do that only 
manually.
I propose to automatically dump the CSV every (HistoryPeriod - 3days) and pre- 
every HistoryPeriod change.
I want to get rid of every other battery monitoring app (I use 
https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdid=com.manor.currentwidget currently)
