When default levels are selected to play from the level editor and Frozen Bubble is already running, the custom levels are used #20

This only occurs if the game is already running, and the player started it from 
the level editor selecting custom levels.

When the default levels are subsequently selected to play from the level editor 
without terminating the current game, the game should restart using the default 
levels, however, it continues to play the custom levels.

If the level editor was started from Frozen Bubble, the default levels are 
resumed correctly.

Verified in version 1.18.
