Ability to view and download tracks #1

I would prefer to not get kicked into a web view, but instead see a minimal 
view that uses 
what is on the android natively, and downloads quickly using the API.  No fancy 
graphic 
downloads.  Any graphics should be generated by Android.

Upload capability is close to being reasonably usable.  As soon as that is 
complete,
we'll move on to viewing / downloading tracks.
