8 think we shojuld be able to download other peoples tracks on this app... I'm 
using my 
motorola droid... or any other app can let me download soundcloud

Agreed - we had to spend some time on lower-level stuff but are now resuming 
work on streaming and 
downloading of other people's tracks.

The ability to download ix excellent, but where does the file go after it's 
saved??

it should be stored in the SoundCloudDroid folder of the SD card.

Version 1.2 now supports better downloading/playback of other people's tracks.
