Refresh Icon Needed #2

Add a refresh icon in the top right corner when viewing photos, albums, podcasts, and videos. This is needed for not only for "checking updates" but in case the cache is polluted, invalid, or foo. Currently when it is foo there is no way refresh except to kill the app completely.

Done. A "refresh icon" was added to the About view that invalidates the cache for all items.
