Updated Gradle to 3.3.0
Started using strings.xml
Fixed menu icons
Hid settings action and replaced with a view source action
Added keyboard feature by linking to remote.hid.keyboard.client
Made title consistent across screens
Refactored java
Removed unused libraries
Used common code style
Version bump to 0.2
