[prepare-tracks] fix install_with_docker using prometheus #43

Thank you Pablo.

The only thing I see is that AGENT_CONF_DIR is not exported in init.sh. So I am not sure it will be available here.

The other install scripts do the same. We are using the source command (instead of bash), so the variables are available. (I am not saying that is the best approach :) just the way it is.)
