This adds the configs for 4.0.1 driver.

The PR title says 4.0.1 but the directory and file names say 3.0.1 🤔

Sadly gh didn't show all the files correctly even if they were there... I'll split the changes in different commits. 😄

I think we need to split this by PR so that CI doesn't fail with max object limit reached :/ apart from that lgtm
