In the De-Identified UDS Plus Patient profile, the uds-plus-ethnicty is misspelled. Should be:

uds-plus-ethnicity

not:

uds-plus-ethnicty

Fortunately, the extension itself has the correct spelling, so you don't have to re-define the extension just to fix a typo.
