Clinical Result Observation - bodySite #29

Body Site isn't clinically relevant to the Clinical Result Observation resource, given that as it stands now it's only used to indicate a mammography or colonoscopy. The body site where this happens should be evident from the code.

I would recommend removing Body Site as Must Send.

This could be potentially removed, need to check with other vendors also.
