Age De-Identification for 90+ year olds #34

According to this HHS document: Guidance on De-identification of Protected Health Information (hhs.gov) Patients age 90+ can be considered a single category of age 90 or older. image Unlike a lot of the other de-identification guidance, this is not directly called out on the patient resource page of the IG. Are we expected to follow this as well? Or should we be sending actual age even for patients over the age of 89?
