Inferno Test Kit - Manifest Invalid Types Check

The Check For Invalid Types in Import Manifest part of the Inferno Test Kit will throw errors if it finds US Core Practitioner or Organization resources. Shouldn't it ignore those?

UDS+ resources directly reference US Core Organization and Practitioner, so I'd expect to send those in the manifest along with the UDS+ resources. Can the test kit be updated to not throw an error for those two resources?
