UDS Plus Location and De-Identified UDS Plus RelatedPerson don't appear to be mapped to any of the UDS Data Elements per the table on the Data Elements and FHIR Mappings page: https://build.fhir.org/ig/drajer-health/uds-plus/branches/master/dataelements.html

Are these elements required, or recommended, or just a suggestion? More broadly, if they're not currently mapped to any of the UDS Data Elements, does HRSA expect to be able to use them in some fashion in the future?
