I think I have miss something, but I don't understand what...

@Guit - I believe it means that this implementation will not submit the doc if the id isn't set before submission.

I would suggest that you try https://github.com/strongloop-community/loopback-connector-elastic-search as I forked it off this repo and am actively maintaining it.
