Enhancements on chap1 #15

Add dynamic lights on the lava bridge + final passage. Add a sound for the switch (and maybe a two state sprite ?).

Everything is done, except the sound for the switch.

@GammaNu can you add a nice sound to the soundsprite and trigger it when the player use the switch ? There is a todo at the place where the code should be inserted.

Thinking about it, it would be nice to have a sound for the lava bridge part too. Animating crumbling tiles would be a good idea too, but I guess it will wait the new tileset.
