Email verification is rate limited to 6 accounts per minute. Please add a feature to the email server to only attempt to verify a maximum of 6 links every minute.

Never mind, when I ran it today, it actually received HTTP 503 and had a delay. When I ran it yesterday the delay wasn't working though and all accounts that were processed after the throttling received errors.
