G1 support #69

This migrates to our mainnet fastnet network for the default values.

It adds support for G1 networks by relying on the latest kyber version.

Fixes #70, #42, #63, #35

looks grand, although the lint is failing mysteriously - I think you mentioned this in yday's sync. Btw I forgot I'd be behind the great firewall on my flight... it seems like both slack and my ahem networking routing provider are blocked :p
