2 years ago I generally agree with your approach, but given we put together a JD specifically for drand in order to reach out to candidates with particular skillset, it makes sense to link from the site too. I can't promise I won't forget if we take it down, but I'll do my best :-D
We now have a new Job Description specific to drand. We should link to this from the "We're Hiring" tab, instead of the previous, more general "Software Engineer, Cryptography & Systems" job description.
