Add "Get in touch" button/note and a contact email #97

Currently, there is no contact information on the drand.love website. One has to find and navigate to Cloudflare's blogpost and read through in order to find the contact email. We should add leagueofentropy@googlegroups.com (or a contact form) somewhere, perhaps in the "About" tab, as well as at the bottom of the page.

As a quick-fix, we can add a call out to docs/about/README.md with the Drand email.

Not sure how we can tackle the Contact Us form though. We'd have to get an external forms API to manage this I think (this site is static and has no backend to speak of).
