serial number #31

You can duplicate serial numbers.... it is case sensitive.

F5XKTN54DFHW f5xktn54dfhw

are two separate items. can we fix this?

Those are not duplicates, those are a unique set of characters! :smile:

You want to validate uniqueness case sensitive or would it be easier to simply save everything in upcase when you enter it?
