Delete old branches #1

There are a handful of old branches that need to get cut. They should be scanned before anything useful. I'll comment on this issue with a list and small summary of the purpose of the branch.

I guess I closed them all last night. Well if anyone wants to check any of them out then they can go back tan look at the pandasqt project. I think that most were outdated on that repo anyways.
