Move ui files into qtpandas directory

This will probably have to wait until after we get #23 sorted out.

• [ ] Move files
• [ ] Rewire all files that use ui to reflect that change
• [ ] Compare pytest results to results before move.
  • [ ] If stuff breaks fix it.
