This PR adds a AirPortAtheros40.kext installer into the tools directory for installing the drivers for Atheros wifi cards on Mojave. No need to copy old kexts from High Sierra.

I also removed the zip files and put the contents into folders instead. This allows easier modifications (e. g. updating the tools). I also updated the clover package, clover configurator and Unibeast to the newest available versions (some were really old from 2017).

Commits are looking strange, the ICH10R fix is NOT included in this PR. Looks like a mess because of the .app files but no worries. No configurations were changed in this PR.
