chore: Update dependencies and fix ci #89

chrome status has changed the functionality we use in their site, hence #88, this is a temporary fix

gonna need to bump to std 0.116.0

Could merge and wait for the bumper PR? Probably won’t be able to code tonight unless I can edit a single line via GitHub on my phone lol
