This update fixes 2 major issues, and a couple minor ones too:

Enabling Restricted Extras causing a fresh install to fail to an initramfs shell has been fixed
Enabling Updates during Installation causing a fresh install to fail to an initramfs shell has been fixed
post-OEM install completion, drauger-welcome should now display

There have also been minor logic improvements and updates to copyright years in some files.

Latest commit helps reduce the size of the DEB file a bit, and also keeps the GUI centered on the screen during OEM installs.
