Functions to OAI, required to have two parameters #6

There is a Bug in the -f functions calling, set to require all functions to have two parameters called 'heading' and 'content'.

Rendering the functions usage quite useless.

This handling of any generic parameter list, will be introduced, very soon.

Expect a 0.5.1 release this week...

Fixed in Rel v.0.5.1.
