Updated all source files to Swift version 5.0

Description

Updated Reachability.swift and all Instagram Stories related source files to Swift version 5.0. Also fixed issues in testMockFileLoading method in InstagramStoriesTests target. Source has, 0 warnings, 0 errors.

Motivation and Context

To keep source update to date.
