added rough documentation #36

Fow now I just implemented the documentation in some classes and in Proton.Util just the half. I just updated the docblock in couple of files, but nothing in the code itself.

If you run npm run doc and open the index.html in ./build/docs/ it will look like this.

Should I continue this implementation of documentation, or should I stop - it depends now on you :)
