Histogram configuration and documentation #68

Please attach your config file to help us reproduce the problem.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set configure file
2. Execute
3. histogram is not present in the output images

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was trying to configure the generated output to have the histogram running 
along the bottom. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the latest download from the website (uploaded May 2009) the 
operating system in ubuntu server 10.04 (2.6.32-22-server #36-Ubuntu SMP Thu 
Jun 3 20:38:33 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux)

Please provide any additional information below.
I can find little to no information describing how to turn this feature on and 
how to (if possible) configure it.

The config file produces the histogram when I use it with the sample data. (You 
set ShowHistory=true properly.) This is on a Windows machine.
