Allow commiter names to be translated #70

In order to show the real names of commiters, provide a list for conversion of 
commit-name to real-name.

In example.config, could be something like:

PersonNameSam413 = "Samuel Brindan"
PersonNameSammy = "Samuel Brindan"
PersonNameJHP412 = "Jhon Haul Potter"
