This pull request adds an Urdu translation to the drawDB project. The new translation file follows the format of the existing en.js file, and it's located in src/i18n/locales. This contribution enhances accessibility for Urdu-speaking users.

I think when I built it the npm package manager updated package-lock.json file. That's why it's showing. Let me know if I should di another pull request with making changes to this file or lmk if it can still work.
