When importing SQL files, the current icon is overwritten by default #285

The default behavior of overwriting the current chart is too strange. Normally, it should not be overwritten by default. Otherwise, if you accidentally confirm, the previously painstakingly created chart will be overwritten and cannot be found again (undo is useless)
