Behaviour of first slide is inconsistent #6

If I remove all detail, so that there is only one slide, and then press "space" or "->", it adds detail. This does not happen for any other slide, as far as I can tell.

Actually it happens whenever the last visible slide has more detail available.

I put that in deliberately because in this situation there is no ambiguity about what kind of 'more' you want.

In the specific case you report I feel that since you never have a presentation with only one slide, and since the whole thing rolls up in some circumstances (when exiting the editor, mostly) requiring '+' there would be niggly and annoying.
