Bans are editable after being submitted, rather than have to re-create the entry.
Problem:
If you input the wrong date, you have to copy all the notes, and then re-create it from scratch.
Or if you try to submit a ban for which someone is already banned... the page doesn't put the new ban in and doesn't tell you it didn't insert it. It expects you to know and figure out the offending entry yourself. Ideally,
it should throw a warning message up when you try to submit an entry, warning that something already exists. Giving you a chance to copy your notes before editing the original entry.
Also requiring mods to be tech savvy means it is harder to get help to manage it, so it needs to be simpler whenever it is possible to do so.
