xxl_encoder missing on SD3_Medium_f16 #6

When I download SD3_medimum it vanishes after downloading because it is not getting the t5 encoder. If I then download the Q8 version it will download the t5_xxl_encoder_q6p and then Q8 and Q16 appear, the only issue is, i would prefer the Q16 T5 encoder but at least it gets the model to appear. Please add the Q16 T5 encoder to the SD3 model as not having it causes the model to vanish if users have not also downloaded the q8 version and that makes it a bug.

I don't think it is using SD3 Medimum despite saying that it is, it is failing back to SD 1.5 based on the output. It
