Stream to web server doesn't work

Streaming is enabled, I've entered custom web server URL with a proper 
placeholders and it doesn't work. It doesn't broadcast the data. Using the same 
URL from a browser works fine. No error messages are shown.

Stream to audio voice doesn't work either.

Xperia Neo V with Android 2.3.4
Open GPS Tracker 1.3.2

I can confirm that also does not work on my Samsung Galaxy S2 running 2.3.6

Very strangely after putting my phone in to debug mode and watching the logs 
this has suddenly started working for me.

I confirm this isnt working on my Motorola Defy+ 
Open GPS Tracker 1.3.2-osmupdate
Android 2.3.5 Build 4.5.1-134_DFP-125

This was exactly the feature i needed and installed Open GPS Tracker :(

I confirm, this is also not working for me.
- Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100
- Android 4.1.2
- Open GPS Tracker 1.3.5
I only installed this app for this feature. And because it's open source!

According to the source code, there is some kind of error logging. How can I 
access this log on the device?
